In addition to the current hotels in Dubai, more hotels in near-mid-developments such as the Burj Dubai and in Bawadi are yet to be completed. The Burj Dubai will house more luxury hotels, such as the exclusive Armani boutique hotel. Bawadi, being one of the largest entertainment gateways in the world, will usher in the construction of 51 more hotels in the Bawadi projects.

These hotel apartments are truly luxurious, most of them with marble floors. I guess it is meant to give you an idea of what it would be like to live in a high rise apartment or condo in Dubai. I have stayed in many of these and definitely recommend it as an alternative. I recommend it mainly if you are traveling to Dubai with your family (kids).
