Let’s be honest; Despite the huge number of bloggers in the blogosphere, many abandoned their blogs after a while. Bloggers would normally be disappointed after realizing that they are not getting the results they expected after spending so much time on them for 3 continuous months. This is especially true for those who blog for nothing but money.
I knew about this problem long before I started blogging. As someone who has spent years running e-shops to help support my livelihood, I knew how difficult it is to market anything online. This is what most bloggers failed to understand. Blogging is essentially a part of online marketing. Blogging gives you the opportunity to promote yourself and your blogs all over the world. It’s not just about posting your thoughts and views on any niche topic. There is more to blogging than meets the eye.
I tried to learn as much as I could about blogging by reading hundreds of online how-to guides posted by established bloggers like Darren Rowse of ProBlogger Dot Net, but they don’t really provide me with any definite or well-defined successful blogging strategy. However, yesterday, I stumbled upon Yaro Starak’s blog (Entrepreneurs_Journey Dot Com) and the advice and guidance from him was simply invaluable. Yaro Starak is a professional blogger from Brisbane, Australia, and has been blogging since November 2004. In fact, he and Darren Rowse of Problogger Dot Net are very close professionally and have worked together on numerous projects.
Yara Starak has been kind enough to share her 2 1/2 years of successful blogging secrets with everyone. Her powerful advice and tips were well written in an inspiring 55 page guide. I was inspired by her honest take on blogging and I think all aspiring bloggers should have a copy of her well-written guide! She has outlined some well-defined strategies that should be of great interest to aspiring and new bloggers alike. I am not ashamed to say that I am going to adopt her given strategies as mine because I know deep down that she can help me promote and market my blogs all over the world. 🙂
