How to get sexy curves

1. Do narrow stance squats

What this does is it helps to firm the outer thigh muscles. I know what you’re thinking right now. Just trust me, do this. Helps create an hourglass figure. You can do bodyweight squats to achieve this. Do 4 sets of 15-20 each day… resting 1 minute between each set.

Keep your feet 8 to 9 inches apart.

2. Hula-hooping

This does some crazy toning for the waist and hip areas. If there is 1 “GO-TO” exercise when it comes to having a curvaceous waist, this is the one. I call it my “belly dancer exercise” because it mimics the movements of belly dancers.

Buy a weighted hula hoop ($15-20) and use it for 10 minutes a day. Do it 1 minute at a time, 2 minutes at a time, whatever. I do not care about that. I just want you to do a total of 10 minutes at the end of the day.

3. Lateral sides

These are for the outer shoulders. Raise dumbbells to your sides…up and out, until they are at shoulder level.

Once again, this is all about illusion. It will help broaden your shoulders (don’t worry, you won’t look manly!) which will help people see your narrower waist, which then tapers into your wider (but firmer) hips, which then they curve into one a little bit until it reaches your thighs, which curve back a little bit.

As you can see, it is all about forms and illusions. Your waist will look narrower than it is due to your shoulders and outer thighs. Do 4 sets of 6-12 reps of side laterals.
